A six-cabin barge gliding the Canal de Bourgogne at the pace of a slow walk. Each day brings a vineyard visit — Romanée-Conti, Clos de Vougeot, Meursault — by bicycle or vintage Citroën. Onboard, chef Margaux composes a single tasting menu nightly.
