A 1960s carriage set restored by Belmond, the Royal Scotsman carries forty guests in twin and double cabins panelled in Scottish maple. Days are spent at a private distillery in Speyside, on a falconry afternoon at Ballindalloch, and walking the gardens of Cawdor Castle.
