Step inside the preserved remains of a hospital that was built during the war. Despite being heavily damaged during the bombing, it still stands as a powerful symbol of resilience. A knowledgeable professor will guide students through the partially collapsed rooms, explaining the hospital’s vital role during World War II and the extent of the damage it sustained. You’ll learn how dedicated doctors and nurses worked tirelessly amidst the devastation to care for the overwhelming number of severely injured survivors.
